Room 206 had non-functional heating during the night, and by morning, there was no hot water available, making it impossible for a shower. Despite reporting the issue to the manager, there was no follow-up or acknowledgment, not even a complimentary offer to address the inconvenience. The Sicilian pastries served were a delight, but the overall handling of the situation left much to be desired.

The breakfast was delightful, cooked to order, although we faced some challenges with our initial room, such as a broken chair and a low showerhead. The location is great, near several attractions, but the room lighting could use improvement for better functionality.
